Terms
Who and what
mastermem is a service of Srino Systems e.U., Oberlaaer Straße 210/12, 1100 Wien, Austria ([email protected]). It stores memories and rules for your team and gives them to your AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) through hooks and MCP. These terms apply to the use of mastermem.
Purchase and payment
The subscription is sold by Link (Stripe) as merchant of record. Their terms, shown at checkout, also apply to payment, tax and invoices.
Trial and prices
The first 14 days are free; you enter a card at the start. After that Solo costs €8 a month and Team €15 per person a month, VAT included. Extra seats are charged pro rata at once, fewer seats are credited.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time under Manage billing. The subscription runs to the end of the paid month. After that you can read and export for 30 days, then we delete everything. Cancel within the trial and you pay nothing.
Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Since the first 14 days are free, cancelling in that time is enough.
Your account and team
Give correct details and keep logins and tokens secret. The owner of a team is responsible for the members and devices they add.
Your content
What you store belongs to you. You only allow us to store and process it as far as mastermem needs. Do not store anything unlawful or data of others you may not share. Do not attack the service or put excessive load on it.
Availability
We try to keep mastermem running at all times but promise no particular availability. We announce maintenance where we can.
Liability
We are liable for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. For slight negligence we are otherwise not liable, as far as the law allows. Rules in mastermem (such as blocked commands) are an aid, not a safeguard to rely on; whoever uses an AI tool stays responsible for what it does.
Changes
If we change these terms, we tell you by e-mail 30 days ahead. If you do not agree, you can cancel until then.
Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is Vienna. Consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence.
