Spaces, people, devices and export.
Spaces
Every person has a private space. Teams add shared spaces, for example one per product or customer. Under a space's
Access you set who reads and who writes it; owners always have access.
A deleted space can be restored for 30 days.
People
Invite people by e-mail under Team settings, Team. Owners manage people, spaces, billing and team rules; members
work with the spaces they have access to. Bots are members too and take one seat each.
Devices
Every connected tool gets its own device token. Under Team settings, Devices you see when each one was last used
and sign it out. Tokens do not expire on their own.
Export
Export a space or everything you can read at any time: a zip with one Markdown file per memory.
